We facilitate our services through our website DTHou.com (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, process, and share your personal information, and to help you understand and exercise your privacy rights. 1. SCOPE AND UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by us, including Systems 11 Tech and our brands Dream Theaters and DTsecurity's, through our websites, mobile applications, and other online or offline offerings where this Privacy Policy is made available (collectively "Services"). Our Services, company, and brands are offered and operated solely in the United States and are not intended for use by individuals located outside of the USA. If you reside outside of the United States, please discontinue any future use of our Services. By visiting or accessing our Services, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Changes to our Privacy Policy. We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time in our sole discretion. If there are any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you as required by applicable law. You understand and agree that you will be deemed to have accepted the

updated Privacy Policy if you continue to use our Services after the new Privacy Policy takes effect.

The categories of personal information we collect depend on how you interact with us, our Services, and the requirements of applicable law. We collect information that you provide to us, information we obtain automatically when you use our Services, and information from other sources such as third-party services and organizations, as described below. A. Personal Information You Provide to Us Directly

Account Creation. We may collect personal information when you create an account, such as name, email address, phone number, address, username, passwords you create, and similar account information.

Purchases and Service Requests. We may collect personal information and details associated with your service needs and purchases, including payment or other financial information. Any payments made via our Services are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not directly collect or store complete payment card information entered through our Services, but we may receive information associated with your payment card information (e.g., the last four digits of your payment card number and your billing details).

Your Communications with Us. We may collect personal information, such as email address, phone number, or mailing address, when you request information about our Services, request a quote or estimate for low voltage, AV, or security installation work, request customer or technical support, or otherwise communicate with us. This includes information provided by you when you engage with our online scheduling tools or fill in our website forms.

Your Communication Recordings. We may record calls and retain the content of online chats, text messages, or other written/electronic communications between you and us. By communicating with us, you consent to our recording and retention of these communications.

Surveys and Reviews. We may contact you to participate in surveys and reviews of our Services' performance. If you decide to participate, we may collect personal information from you in connection with the survey or review.

Interactive Features. We and others who use our Services may collect personal information that you submit or make available when we engage with you through our interactive features (e.g., online scheduling, messaging and chat features, website forms, commenting functionalities, and

social media pages). Any information you provide using the public sharing features of the Services will be considered "public," unless otherwise required by applicable law, and is not subject to the privacy protections referenced herein.

Job Applications and Recruiting. We may collect your information to assess your skills, qualifications, and interests to determine alignment with career opportunities with us and to communicate with you regarding the status of your application. If you are offered and accept a position with us, your application data may become part of your permanent employee record.

B. Personal Information Collected Automatically

Automatic Collection of Personal Information. We may collect certain information automatically when you use our Services, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, user settings, MAC address, cookie identifiers, mobile carrier, mobile advertising and other unique identifiers, browser or device information, location information (including approximate location derived from IP address), and Internet Service Provider (ISP). We may also automatically collect information regarding your use of our Services, such as pages that you visit before, during, and after using our Services, information about the links you click, the types of content you interact with, the frequency and duration of your activities, and other information about how you use our Services.

Location Information. We may collect your approximate or precise geolocation information in connection with your use of our Services, including when scheduling or dispatching service for your property.

Cookie Policy (and Other Technologies). We, as well as third parties that provide content, advertising, or other functionality on our Services, may use cookies, pixel tags, and other technologies ("Technologies") to automatically collect information through your use of our Services.

· Cookies. Small pieces of information that a website stores on a visitor's web browser to remind the site about the visitor on the next visit and to facilitate and enhance your experience.

· Pixel Tags/Web Beacons. Pieces of code embedded in our Services that collect information about engagement, such as whether a page was visited or an advertisement clicked. We may also include web beacons in emails to understand whether messages have been opened, acted on, or forwarded.

Analytics. We may use first- and third-party Technologies and tools to process analytics information on our Services to help us understand how our digital Services are used and to continually improve and personalize them.

Social Media Platforms. Our Services may contain social media buttons, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, which might include widgets such as a "share this" button or other interactive mini programs. These features may collect personal information such as your IP address and which page you are visiting and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Your interactions with these platforms are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

Verification Providers. We use third-party CAPTCHA services across our applications to mitigate brute-force logins as a means of spam protection.

Third-Party Services and Sources. We may obtain personal information about you from other sources, including third-party services and organizations. For example, if you access our Services through a third-party application, such as a third-party login service or social networking site, we may collect personal information about you from that application that you have made available via your privacy settings.

De-identified and Aggregated Information. We may use personal information to create de-identified and/or aggregated information. To the extent we process de-identified data, we will maintain and use it in de-identified form and will not attempt to reidentify it unless permitted by applicable law.

We disclose your personal information to third parties for a variety of business purposes, including to provide our Services, to protect us or others, or in the event of a major business transaction, as described below.

A. Disclosures to Provide Our Services

· Service Providers. Third-party service providers and vendors that assist us with IT support, hosting, payment processing, customer service, HR services, and related services.

· Business Partners. Partners who help provide products or services you have requested, including for equipment warranties and services.

· Affiliates and Brands. We may share your personal information among Systems 11 Tech and our Dream Theaters and DTsecurity's brands for administrative purposes, IT management, and to support, promote, and supplement the Services we provide.

· Social Media Platforms and Advertising Companies. Third-party companies that perform or assist with advertising activities and may set Technologies on our Services to collect information regarding your activities and device.

We may also share your information with third parties as appropriate and permitted by law. The privacy choices you may have about your personal information are described in Section 5 below.

B. Disclosures to Protect Us or Others

We may access, preserve, and disclose information associated with you to external parties if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to comply with law enforcement or legal process; protect your, our, or others' rights, property, or safety; enforce our policies or contracts; collect amounts owed to us; or detect, prevent, or stop suspected or actual illegal activity.

C. Disclosure in the Event of Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, purchase or sale of assets, or transition of service to another provider, your personal information may be sold or transferred as part of such a transaction, as permitted by law and/or contract.

Email Communications. You may use the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of our promotional emails to opt out of receiving future promotional emails. You will continue to receive transaction-related emails regarding products or Services you have requested.

Text Messages. You may opt out of receiving promotional text messages from us by following the instructions in the text message or by contacting us as set forth in Contact Us below. We do not share (or sell) your mobile phone number or opt-in data to third parties for purposes of marketing their own products or services.

"Do Not Track." We do not respond to or honor DNT signals or similar mechanisms transmitted by web browsers. However, our Services may recognize certain opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control, and will process such signals in accordance with applicable law.

Cookies and Personalized Advertising. You can control cookies on our Services by using the options presented in the cookie banner that appears when you visit our Services, or by adjusting your browser or device settings. If you adjust your preferences, some features of our Services may not be available.

California Shine the Light. California residents may request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, a list of third parties to whom we disclosed their personal information for direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, along with the type of information disclosed.

Right for Minors to Remove Posted Content. Where required by law, California residents under age 18 may request to have their posted content or information removed from the publicly viewable portions of our Services by contacting us as set forth in Contact Us below.

10. CHILDREN'S INFORMATION

The Services are not directed to children under 18 (or other age as required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us without your consent, you may contact us as described in Contact Us below. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information in violation of applicable law, we will delete it unless we have a legal obligation to keep it.
